Terms & Conditions — tk8 Platform

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the tk8 website accessible at tk8.lat, including all subpages, services, tools, games, and betting markets made available therein.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a tk8 account and uses the Platform for gaming, betting, or any other purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with tk8.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus amounts as separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using a supported payment method, denominated in BDT.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to Real-Money Funds and withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, comprising the identity and age verification process conducted by tk8 before processing withdrawals.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole fiat currency in which Player Accounts are denominated on the tk8 Platform.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and any other payment channels designated by tk8 from time to time.

By accessing the tk8 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the tk8 Platform regardless of the device, browser, or access method used. If you access tk8 via a mobile browser, a desktop browser, or any other permitted interface, these Terms apply in full.

Use of the tk8 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active Account:

• You are 18 years of age or older. tk8 enforces a strict 18+ policy without exception. Proof of age will be required before any withdrawal is processed.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension issued by tk8.
• You have not been previously excluded from the Platform for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

tk8 employs technical and procedural measures to prevent underage gambling. Any person who knowingly provides false information to circumvent these measures may be subject to Account termination and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

To access the full range of tk8 services, you must create a personal Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the tk8 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate Accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. tk8 is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate Account information.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted using your Account credentials is your sole responsibility.
• Account Verification (KYC): tk8 reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any stage. Documents that may be requested include a valid national ID, passport, or driving licence, and proof of address issued within the preceding three months. Failure to complete KYC within the period specified by tk8 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals.
• Account Currency: All tk8 Accounts are denominated exclusively in BDT. No multi-currency accounts are offered. Funds deposited via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited directly in BDT without conversion.

tk8 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account without notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

tk8 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in BDT via Supported Payment Methods. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time and typically credited to your Account balance within seconds of successful mobile wallet confirmation.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: tk8 targets a processing time of under ten minutes for all mobile wallet withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Verification: All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. tk8 may request additional documentation for subsequent withdrawals at its sole discretion.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. tk8 reserves the right to apply alternative methods where the original method is unavailable.
• Bonus Wagering: Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements being met in full prior to processing. Real-Money Funds in excess of any active bonus balance are not subject to wagering restrictions.

tk8 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which tk8 bears no responsibility.

tk8 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 18 and above who have a verified tk8 Account in good standing.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds can be converted to Real-Money Funds and withdrawn.
• tk8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's Account, the applicable terms at the time of crediting will govern that bonus.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted, or claimed more than once per Player or per household unless stated otherwise.
• tk8 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments or reverse credited bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has attempted to abuse or exploit a promotion.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution. A game's contribution percentage will be specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

Players are encouraged to read the specific terms attached to each promotion before opting in. Participation in any tk8 promotion constitutes acceptance of those specific terms alongside these general Terms and Conditions.

All bets and wagers placed on the tk8 Platform are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant game or betting market interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet or wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the tk8 Platform and a confirmation message has been displayed to the Player. Bets placed during system downtime or connectivity failure are not valid until confirmed.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be updated by tk8 from time to time.
• Void Bets: tk8 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest technical error, or placed in circumstances that tk8 reasonably considers to constitute exploitation of a system fault.
• Sports Betting Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Where a result is under official review at the time of settlement, tk8 may delay settlement until the official outcome is confirmed.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. tk8 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of live betting markets and accepts no liability for markets being suspended, restricted, or closed during live events.
• Casino Games: All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealer play streamed from licensed studios. tk8 cannot manipulate game outcomes and bears no responsibility for losses arising from the inherent house edge of any game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk8 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or closed, their balance forfeited, and their details reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in any manner not approved by tk8.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities — whether or not such exploitation results in a financial gain.
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any other financial crime using the tk8 Platform.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating multiple Accounts, or using another person's Account credentials.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tk8 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the tk8 Platform or its underlying software.

tk8 employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and human review to detect and investigate prohibited conduct. The decision of tk8 regarding whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final.

tk8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow Players to manage their gambling activity effectively. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based reminders that alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used to place bets or access games.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling permanently may request permanent self-exclusion. This closes the Account indefinitely and is irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal gaming and betting activity only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any tk8 content without prior written authorisation from tk8. The tk8 name, logo, and brand marks are proprietary to tk8 and may not be used in any context without express written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk8 excludes all liability for losses of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity, including losses arising from the house edge inherent in casino games or the outcome of sports events.
• Service interruptions, Platform downtime, technical errors, or data loss caused by events outside tk8's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information, statistics, or odds displayed on the Platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to data feed errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where tk8's liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tk8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tk8 uses personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and service improvement. tk8 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by these Terms.

Your continued use of the tk8 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Real-Money Balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 5.

The version of these Terms currently displayed on the Platform at any given time is the version in force and supersedes all prior versions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tk8 operates the Platform as an entertainment service for players in Bangladesh and makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction other than that in which you are accessing it.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the tk8 Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. tk8 accepts no liability for your use of the Platform in breach of local law.
